How Much Greens in a Cup?

Ever use a recipe that asks for 2 cups cooked spinach and have no idea how much you should buy at the store to get that amount? Here are a few helpful conversions.

1 pound raw collards = 2 cups cooked

1 pound raw kale = 2 cups cooked

1 1/2 pound raw spinach = 1 1/2 cups cooked

1 pound raw Swiss chard = 2 cups cooked
