The purpose of this blog is not to tell you to eat more veggies and stay away from sweets. Believe me, I am not one who lives by the motto “Eat to Live”, I am definitely a  “Live to Eat” type of girl. My goal is to show you how to make healthier decisions on your own by giving you useful changes that you can easily make to your daily life. These changes range from indulging in moderation to listening to your body. Whether you follow all of my suggestions or just a couple, each one is a step in the right direction to feeling better and living a healthier life. Any pictures you see in this blog were taken by me personally. You will see real food that was prepared by me or in a restaurant. Just click a topic at the top of the page to get started.
